- 为明确光照强度对景天三七生长发育和品质的影响,采用人工遮光的方法对景天三七进行遮荫,透光率分别为100%,(50±5)%,(25±5)%和(10±5)%。分别测定了景天三七的形态指标和生理指标。结果表明:在100%透光条件下,景天三七茎粗、地上干鲜重、地下干鲜重均最大,但其粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量很低,在透光率为(50±5)%条件下,景天三七的生长和品质最好。建议对景天三七进行适当遮荫处理,以提高其营养品质。
- Abstract:
- I n order to exPlode the effects of light intensity on growth and quality of Sedum aizoon L.,four treatments were designed as light transmissivity of 100%,(50±5)%,(25±5)% and(10±5)% resPectively to measure the indexes of morPhology and Physiology.The results showed that the Sedum aizoon L.under 100% light transmissivity had higher level of the fresh weight and dry weight of overground Parts and roots,stem diameter than others,but it’s had lower level of crude Protein and crude fat.The Sedum aizoonL.under(50±5)% light transmissivity had the best growth and quality.It suggested that the aPProPriate shading could imProve its nutritional quality.
