- 为了给叶片颜色特征参数与全氮的预测模型研究提供理论依据,利用图像处理技术提取生长关键期烟叶的颜色特征参数RGB,同时测定叶片全氮,采用线性拟合和多元回归分析方法,建立了烤烟旺长期叶片全氮含量估算模型,并对其精度进行了评价和验证。结果表明:RGB颜色系统的G、B可以作为叶片全氮含量估算的主要颜色特征参数,全氮含量的预测值与实测值的决定系数为R2=0.649(P<0.01);直线斜率为1.022 9,接近1,模型精度高,预测可靠。进而为烟株氮素快速诊断提供理论基础。
- Abstract:
- In order to provide theory basis for the research of leaf color characteristic parameters and total nitrogen forecasting model,using image processing technique to extract parameters(RGB)of the leaf color in the key growth period,simultaneous determination of leaf nitrogen,a tobacco leaf nitrogen content estimation model was set up by linear regression and multiple regression analysis method,and the accuracy was evaluated and validated.The results showed that G and B of RGB color system could be used as the main color feature parameters to estimate leaf total nitrogen content.Total nitrogen content of the simulation and observed values were highly significant positive correlation,the determination coefficient reached 0.649,which would provide a theoretical basis for tobacco nitrogen rapidly diagnosing.
