- 选取北美海棠王族和绚丽两个品种为试材,以无性繁殖的方式选择外植体,接种于不同激素配比的MS培养基上,探究其初代组织培养技术。结果表明:无性繁殖选择以春季萌发的新梢或根部萌发的新枝条作为外植体适合不定芽诱导,其中诱导的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg·L-1+IBA0.3 mg·L-1;不定芽增殖最佳培养基为MS+6-BA1.6 mg·L-1+NAA0.2 mg·L-1。
- Abstract:
- Two species(Malus’Royally’,Malus’Radiant’)of North American Begonia were selected as materials,explants were selected by asexual reproduction way,and different hormones were inoculated on MS medium.The results showed that: clonal selection in the spring shoot or root germination of new shoots were suitable for using as explants for adventitious bud induction,the optimal medium was MS+6-BA1.0 mg·L-1+IBA0.3 mg·L-1;the optimal medium for adventitious bud proliferation was MS+6-BA1.6 mg·L-1+NAA0.2 mg·L-1.
