摘要:
休闲农业作为农业与旅游业相结合的新世纪阳光产业，符合现代农业与生态旅游发展的方向，在世界范围内蓬勃发展。在进行土默特右旗发展休闲农业可行性分析的基础上，提出了市场导向、突出特色、保护和开发并重的开发原则；政府主导、联动协作，因地制宜、科学规划，以农为主、农旅结合，强化服务、加强宣传等发展对策。
Abstract:
Leisure agriculture as a sunshine industry of combining agriculture and tourism in the 21st century has developed rapidly around the world，which accords with the developing tendency of modern agriculture and ecological tourism.Based on the feasibility analysis of developing leisure agriculture in Tumote Right Banner，the concrete principle of market-oriented，extruding characteristic，combining exploitation and exploitation were put forward.Then it pointed out the developing policy of the government-led，linkage collaboration，adjusting measures to local conditions，scientific planning，emphrasising on features，agriculture combined with tourism，enhancing service，strengthening propaganda etc.
