- 为使亚麻耐盐碱性的精细定位和分子标记辅助选择得到深入研究,对200个亚麻品种(系)进行了盐碱胁迫条件下的萌发试验研究,结果表明:NaCl与Na2CO3等比混合液浓度为4 000 mg·L-1时对亚麻萌发筛选最为适宜,在此浓度下,筛选出了11份耐盐碱性较强的品种(系),其中品系7000ha-1较耐盐碱胁迫,发芽率为31%,8份耐盐碱性较弱的品种(系),其中原05-10没有萌发。
- Abstract:
- In order to deep study on fine mapping of salt-alkali resistance and molecular marker assisted selection,200 flax varieties were screened under the salt-alkali condition to study the germination.The result showed that the proper concentrate of NaCl combined with equral Na2CO3 was 4 000 mg·L-1, under the condition, 11 higher salt-alkali resistance varieties were screened and 8 weaker salt-alkali resistance varieties were screened, among which the germination of 7000ha-1 was 31%, and Zhongyuan 05-10 was not germinate at all.
