- 综述了国内外越橘组织培养中无菌繁殖系的建立、继代增殖培养、愈伤组织诱导及分化、试管苗生根培养和试管苗的驯化移栽等方面的研究内容,并对组织培养在越橘上的应用及展望进行了分析。
- Abstract:
- Tissue culture of blueberry at home and abroad was summarized from the research contents of establishment of aseptic propagation,subculture proliferation culture,callus induction and differentiation,in vitro rooting cultivation,domestication and transplantation of plantlets.The application and prospects of tissue culture on blueberry were analyzed.
