- 生姜是我国重要的调味蔬菜和出口创汇蔬菜,具有特殊的芳香和辛辣味,有“菜中之祖”的美誉。对生姜的种质资源、遗传育种、组织培养、栽培生理等研究进行了综述,并对其研究趋势进行展望,以期为生姜的进一步研究提供参考。
- Abstract:
- The ginger is an important vegetable for seasoning food in daily life and for earning foreign exchange through export in China.It has special aroma contents and spicy taste.In this paper the ginger germplasm resources,breeding,genetics,tissue culture,cultivation and physiology etc,were reviewed and the developing tendency in the further were expected to provide reference for improvement ginger research.
