- 在对亚麻炭疽病病原菌敏感药剂进行室内筛选的基础上,选择效果较好的退菌特、多菌灵、代森锰锌、波尔多液、甲基托布津5种药剂作为试验材料进行田间药效试验。结果表明:对亚麻炭疽病防效最好的药剂是退菌特,用药剂按种子重0.3%拌种,防病效果可达85.1%,可使亚麻原茎增产15.4%,种子增产25.1%,长麻率增加12.6%;其次是多菌灵,防病效果达到81.8%。
- Abstract:
- On the basis of screening chemical that sensitive to anthrax bacteria in the indoor experiment,the better effected selection of Tuzet,Carbendazim,Mancozeb,Bordeaux mixture and Thiophanate-methyl were taken as materials to conduct the field efficacy trials.The results showed that:with the dosage of 0.3% by seed weight,the best chemical was Tuzet with the control efficacy up to 85.1%,flax yield could increase by 15.4%,seed yield increase by 25.1%,long-fiber rate increase by 12.6%;followed by Carbendazim,which control efficacy reached 81.8%.
