- 以马铃薯脱毒苗为试材,通过对喷有不同植物生长调节剂马铃薯脱毒扦插苗的株高、茎粗、叶片颜色、植株鲜重及产量等的测定,研究了3种植物生长调节剂在马铃薯上的应用效果。结果表明:喷施常用浓度的烯效唑、矮壮素及膨大素3种植物生长调节剂,都能在一定程度上控制植株生长,增加种薯产量,其中施用烯效唑效果最佳,在生产上可根据实际应用来选择。
- Abstract:
- Virus-free potatoes were used as experimental material to study the different effect of three plant growth regulator by measuring the plant height,stem diameter,color of leaves,fresh weight and yield.The results showed that spraying uniconazole,chlormequat and expanding agent in a certain concentration all could control the plant growth,prove quality and increase the yield,but the effect of spraying uniconazole was the best.It could be applied in practice.
