- 为测定校园绿地抑菌效果,采用撞击平皿法,对校园空地、草地和林地空气中的细菌含量进行比较研究。结果表明:空地空气中细菌含量明显高于草地和林地空气中细菌含量,草地空气中细菌含量明显高于林地空气中细菌含量。
- Abstract:
- In order to determine the bacteriostatic effect of greenland,the content of bacterium in the air was compared among bare space,grassland and forest by the method of bumping dish and the medium with beef.The results showed that the bacterium content in the air of bare space was higher than that of grassland and forest,its content in grassland was higher than that of forest.
