- 研究了咪唑乙烟酸、氯嘧磺隆、异噁草酮3种大豆田长残留除草剂对土壤纤维素酶活性的影响。结果表明:3种长残留除草剂在施用后7 d对大豆根际土壤纤维素酶活性均表现为显著的刺激作用,到施用后35~42 d时恢复至不施药处理水平。
- Abstract:
- The effect of three kinds of long residual herbicides,Imazethapyr,Chlorimuron-ethyl and Clomazone,which were widely used in soybean farmland,on activity of soil cellulase was studied.The results showed that the soil cellulase activity was significantly elevated by the three herbicides significantly in 7 days after application,and it retrieved to the normally level gradually in 35~42 days after application.
