- 对等离子体不同剂量处理花生种子进行研究。结果表明:等离子体处理的花生种子明显提高苗期的根系数量、根系长度、下针期株高和下针率;各处理皆比对照处理增产增效,增幅为314~596 kg·hm-2,增幅达5.4%~15.5%;增值1 439~4 169元·hm-2。其中处理3的增产、增幅、增值都最高,分别为596 kg·hm-2、15.5%和4 169元·hm-2。表明处理3为等离子体处理大豆种子的增产和增收效果显著,为最佳剂量。
- Abstract:
- The experiment of plasma treatment of different radiation intensity on peanut seed was done.The results showed that peanut seed which had been treated could improve root quantity,root length,plant height in seed growing stage and ratio in seed growing stage.The yield of all treatments with plasma increased the yield and output value than the CK,that was 314~596 kg·hm-2,up to 5.4%~15.5%,1 439~4 169 yuan·hm-2.The yield,amplitude,increment of treatment 3 were the highest and they were 596 kg·hm-2、15.5%、4 169 yuan·hm-2,respectively.Therefore,the effect of treatment 3 was obviously,it was the optimum dosage.
