- 建立有效的激励机制不仅是提高农村干部胜任力的中心环节，更是农村地区吸引人才、留住人才的迫切需要。通过分析城乡统筹背景下重庆市农村干部激励机制中存在的问题，着重探讨重庆市如何在新环境下构建有效的农村干部激励机制，以提高重庆市农村基层组织执政能力，推进重庆市农村地区政治经济快速发展。
- Abstract:
- Establishing an effective incentive system is not only the central part of improving rural cadres’ competence，but also the urgent need of attracting and retaining qualified personnel in rural areas.By analyzing the existing problems of Chongqing rural cadres incentive system under the background of urban and rural coordination，the question how to construct effective incentive system toward rural cadres in the new environment was focused on to improve the ruling ability of rural grass-roots organizations and promote the rapid development of political and economic in Chongqing.
