- 以阿司匹林、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、复方新诺明等处理的大豆种子为试验材料,研究其对大豆芽菜萌发的影响。结果表明:当浸种浓度为2.00 mg·L-1硫酸亚铁、1·00 mg·L-1硫酸锰、60·00 mg·L-1阿司匹林、0.75 mg·L-1复方新诺明时大豆种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数最高。
- Abstract:
- The germination conditions and material contents of the soybean sprouts which were soaked respectively with Aspirin,FeSO4,MnSO4and sulfamethoxazole were studied.The results showed that the germination rate,germination index and vigor index were the highest when FeSO42.00 mg·L-1,MnSO41.00 mg·L-1,Aspirin 60.00 mg·L-1and sulfamethoxazole 0.75 mg·L-1
