- 选取不同生长阶段的果荚播种于不同类型的培养基,在培养温度(25±2)℃,光照强度1 500 lx左右,光照2 h·d-1的无菌条件下,研究探索蝴蝶兰种子的适宜播种时期,筛选出种子繁殖适宜的培养基类型,为种苗工厂化生产以及培育新品种提供有效途径。
- Abstract:
- Choosing the different stages of growth pod to sow in the different types of culture medium.In the stage of culture medium,the temperature was(25±2)℃ and the intensity of illumination was 1 500 1x with the light 12 h·d-1.The study was to probe the suitable period to sow the seeds of Phalaenopsis and filter out the type of medium suitable for propagation.It offers the effective way to improve the performance of industrialization production of seedling and breed new varieties.
