盐碱胁迫对菊芋种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

- 摘要:
- 通过盆栽试验对不同程度盐碱胁迫条件下,菊芋种子萌发及幼苗生长情况进行研究。结果表明:在pH>101,电导率>237 mS·cm-1的条件下,菊芋种子不能出苗,pH<95,电导率<127 mS·cm-1时,菊芋种子能够正常萌发;在pH<93,电导率<065 mS·cm-1的条件下,菊芋幼苗能够正常生长。
