- 对马铃薯组培苗壮苗培养进行研究。结果表明:增殖培养基为MS+1.00 mg·L-1BA+0.20 mg?L-1NAA和 MS+2.00 mg·L-1BA+0.20 mg·L-1NAA,壮苗培养基为1/3 MS+0.05 mg·L-1 NAA和1/2 MS+005 mg·L-1NAA+2.50 g·L-1PVA,连续继代2次,生根培养基为1/2 MS+0.20 mg·L-1 NAA效果较好。移栽成活率可达到98%。
- Abstract:
- The optimal mediums were studied for strong seedlings culture of potato tissue culture seedlings.The results were as follows:propagation mediums were MS+1.00 mg·L-1BA+0.20 mg·L-1NAA and MS+2.00 mg·L-1BA+0.20 mg·L-1NAA.Strong seedlings mediums were 1/3 MS+0.05 mg·L-1NAA and 1/2 MS+0.05 mg·L-1NAA+2.50 g·L-1PVA,to subculture twice.Rooting medium was 1/2 MS+0.20 mg·L-1NAA.The rate of survival was 98%.
