- 利用人工气候室在苗期对水稻秧苗进行6和15℃低温处理,2 d后,检测植株体内可溶性糖及电导率的变化。结果表明低温特别是强度较大的低温可导致电解质大量渗出和可溶性糖含量显著降低,且品种之间存在较大差异。
- Abstract:
- The soluble sugar content and relative electric conductivity was analyzed after 36 h. 6℃ and 15℃ low temperature treatment on rice seedlings in phytotran. The result showed that soluble sugar content could be decreased and relative electric conductivity was increased under low temperature especially heavy low temperature condition. In another hand, great difference was found among varieties.
