- Abstract:
- 68 and 19 nitrate reductase-deficient mutants of Beauveria bassiana were obtained, from protoplasts treated with ethane methane sulphonate (EMS) and hypha treated with water agar chlorate (WAC), respectively. The lowest nitrate reductase activity of the mutants induced by the two ways, reduced 63.49% and 59.46%, respectively, compared with wild type strain.
