- 以马铃薯主栽品种克新13脱毒试管苗为试验材料,以添加CCC(矮壮素)500 mg·L-1、B9(丁酰肼)80 mg·L-1、PP333(多效唑)0.3 mg·L-1的培养基对其进行增殖培养,比较不同生长延缓剂对马铃薯脱毒试管苗增殖、保存的影响。结果表明:增殖培养基中附加500 mg·L-1的CCC(矮壮素)保存效果最为理想,可使马铃薯试管苗种质保存12个月以上。而且经过保存处理后对试管苗继代没有影响。
- Abstract:
- The potato variety of Kexin13 was used as experimental material, the medium supplemented with CCC 500 mg·L-1, B9 80 mg·L-1and PP333 0.3 mg·L-1were used as the regard proliferation medium, the effects of multiplication culture and conservation of different plant growth retardants were studied. The results showed that the medium supplemented with CCC 500 mg·L-1 was best, could conserve the in vitro plantlets for 12 months. But had no significant effect on subculture.
