- 采用改良的TE-3D法提取大白菜根、茎、叶的RNA,用phenol-TE-3D溶液裂解细胞,用体积比24∶1的氯仿/异戊醇溶液萃取RNA,6 mol·L-1氯化锂沉淀RNA。提取的RNA完整、无降解,成功地进行了反转录和PCR扩增试验。
- Abstract:
- Isolate total RNA of Chinese Cabbage use improved TE-3D method. Dissociated cell with phenol-TE-3D solution, and extraction RNA with Chloroform/Iso-amyl alcohol, extraction RNA with 6 mol·L-1 LiCl. RNA isolated with this method is integrated, no degradation, and could be used in RT-PCR.
