- 采用不同浓度的植物生长调节剂B9对试管苗进行壮苗研究,并观察壮苗后生产微型薯的产量。结果表明:20~40 mg·L-1B9对脱毒马铃薯试管苗兼有促进增殖和复壮的双重效果,而且其试管苗移栽成活率和生根率均为100%,其中尤以40 mg·L-1 B9效果最佳,生长旺盛,结微型薯数量和重量达到最大值。

- Plant Virus-free Seedling Research Institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Harbin,Heilongjiang 150086Abstract:In vitro seedlings were treated with different concentrations of plant growth regulator B9 in this study for observations of tuberization after the treatment.The result showed that 20~40 mg·L-1B9 have dual effects of promoting multiplication and rejuvenation of virus-free potato plantlets.The survival and rooting rates of transplanted vitro seedlings treated with 20~40 mg·L-1B9 were 100%,the most vigorous growth showed at 40 mg·L-1B9 with the maximum number and weight of tubers.
