- 针对不同浓度NaCl 胁迫对两个黄瓜品种种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响进行了研究, 试验结果表明:随着NaCl 浓度的增大, 黄瓜种子的发芽率逐渐下降;NaCl 溶液浓度低于0.5%时, 对黄瓜种子的发芽率影响较小, 而浓度高于1.0%时, 对黄瓜种子发芽有明显的抑制作用;盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗各项生理指标有明显的变化。低浓度的盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗生长影响不大, 但高浓度的盐胁迫严重抑制了其萌发和幼苗生长。
- Abstract:
- Using different density NaCl solution disposing two kinds of different cucumber varieties, the effects on cucumber’sgermination rate and seedling grow th were studied.The results showed that with an increasing of NaCl concentration, g radualdecreased germination rate of cucumber seeds.It had less effects on cucumber seeds’germinatio n when the density of NaClsolution was less than 0.5%, but had significantly inhibited when the density was over 1.0%.The cucumber seedling hadobvious phy siological changes under saltstress.The low concentration of salt stress on little effect on the growth of cucumberseedlings, but the high concentratio n of salt stress severely inhibited its germination and seedling growth.
