- 选择适当的化妆品前处理方法, 应用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法对膏类化妆品中的砷进行测定。当曲线的浓度处于0 ~ 50 ug ·L -1 时, 砷的浓度与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系, 相关系数可达到0 .9999 。RSD 小于4.67 %。加标回收率处于92 .4 %~ 97 .6 %。方法线性范围宽, 简便快速, 稳定性好, 灵敏度高, 可广泛应用于膏类化妆品中砷的测定。实验中进一步优化实验条件, 得到了准确的测定结果, 保证回收率。

- Choo sing appro pria te pre-dig estion method to cosmetic , detecting Ar senic in poultice co sme tic a nd foodstuffby hydride atomic fluo rescence spectrometry was applied.Concentra tion of ar senic and fluor escence intensityhave nice r linea r when the co ncentration of standar d curve w as be tw een 0 ~ 50 ug ·L -1 , the related coefficie nt inthis sco pe could reach 0.9999, RSD unde r 4.67%.The added recove ry r ate w as betw een 92 .4 % and 97.6 %.Method was simple and fast , it with high intelligent deg ree , goo d stability and nice linearity scope , it was fa r-rangingapplied in detection of Ar senic in the poultice cosmetic .The co nditio n o f e xperiment wa s optimized ;w e co uldreceive ex act result and a ssure the added recover y r ate .
