- 以草莓盆栽苗、组织培养苗和叶圆片为试材, 探讨了外源水杨酸对提高草莓耐盐性的效果。结果表明:适当浓度的水杨酸能够降低盐胁迫下草莓叶片质膜相对透性和过氧化程度, 提高叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性, 从而缓解NaCl 对草莓的伤害, 改善草莓的生长状况。不同材料对有效水杨酸浓度的要求存在明显差异, 盆栽苗、组织培养苗和叶圆片的最佳处理浓度分别为0 .4 、0 .04 和0 .1 mmol·L-1 。
- Abstract:
- Took po tting seedling , subculture in v itro and leaf disc a s experimental ma te rials , the effect of exo genoussalicy lic acid(SA)on promo ting salt-tolerance of strawber ry wa s co nducted .The r esults showed that exo genoussalicy lic acid at appropriate conce ntr atio ns reduced cell relative permeability and lipid per ox idation , increased thecontent of chlo rophyl and activities o f antio xida tive e nzymes , thus reduced the injury caused by NaCl and enhancedthe gr ow th o f st rawber ry .The effectiv e SA concentra tions to diffe rent materials we re diffe rent o bviously .The optimumS A concentratio n to po tting seedling w as 0 .4 mmol ·L-1 while that of subculture in vitro and leaf discwe re 0.04 and 0.1 mmo l·L-1 , re spectively .
