- 以玉米、小麦、大豆、高梁, 水稻的种子和幼苗的4 种处理组织为材料, 利用碱煮法对DNA 提取程序进行了研究, 建立了一种简单、快速的DNA 提取程序。该程序提取的DNA 可用SSR 引物进行扩增, 扩增产物质量良好, 并且能满足这5 种常见作物的分子标记研究。
- Abstract:
- Acco rding to this ex pe riment , a simple fast DNA ex tractio n method w as established , w hich using fivecro ps (maize , wheat , soy bean, broomco rn and rice)prepared by fo ur trea tments (entire seeds, smashed seeds , entireseedling s, sma shed seedlings)as material w hile using NaOH as ex tractio n buffer .The ex trac ted DNA co uld beused for SS R ma rker PC R reaction and the PCR pro ductio ns have go od quality , w hich made a step on mo lecularmarker resea rch.
