- 概述了温带地区玉米育种资源狭窄对生产所造成的危害问题, 回顾了热带亚热带种质的特点及在温带种质改良中所具有的独特优势及限制因素, 介绍了热带种质在温带育种应用所采用的主要方法, 以及在种质创新与自交系的选育中所进行的有益尝试和取得的重要成就。
- Abstract:
- The current status and po tential hazards of na rrow g ermpla sm available fo r maize breeding in tem pera tereg io n w ere intr oduced and summarized , the characteristics of the ge rmplasm f rom tro pical r eg io n, the advantageand limita tion using these kind of materials fo r the im pr ovement of tempera te stuff w ere rev iewed .The mainmethods, useful practices and impo r ta nt achiev eme nts in the ge rmplasm innov ation and inbred line s developmentby(semi-)tro pical g ermplasm in tempe rate maize g row ing a rea were a lso r ecommended.
