- 黑龙江是中国重要的强筋春小麦产区, 虽然培育出了多个优质强筋麦品种, 但是如何通过合理的施肥技术等保证小麦品质已成为黑龙江小麦生产的重要问题。作为品质鉴定指标, 麦谷蛋白大聚合体的含量比蛋白质和湿面筋含量更具代表性。为此, 在相同HM W-GS 背景下研究了氮肥与硫肥施用对小麦谷蛋白大聚合体的含量的影响。试验分设4 个施肥处理(未施肥、单施纯硫50 kg ·hm -2 、单施纯氮150 kg ·hm-2 、纯硫50 kg ·hm -2 +纯氮150 kg ·hm -2)。结果表明:氮肥与硫肥的不同处理对小麦籽粒的蛋白质和麦谷蛋白大聚合体有明显影响。施硫肥、氮肥以及2 种肥料混施提高了上述2 个品质指标及其比值。综合研究表明, 在3 种处理方式上, 氮肥与硫肥混合施用对蛋白质、麦谷蛋白大聚合体影响最大。因此, 生产上在提高氮肥用量的同时, 可通过增施硫肥,达到小麦高产优质的目的。
- Abstract:
- Applicatio n o f N and S fe rtilizer are the im po rtant mea sures tha t increase gr ain yield and improve qualityof w hea t.The field ex pe riment w as ca rried out to study the effect o f nitr ogen and sulfur applicatio n on g luteninmacropo lyme r of spring w hea t va rietie s with the same HMW -GS backgr ound .The re w ere four fertilizer ra tes :0 、S(50 kg ·hm -2)、N(150 kg ·hm -2)、S(50 kg ·hm -2)+N(150 kg ·hm -2).The results show ed that the treatmentof nit rog en and sulfur fe rtilizer obvio usly affect w hea t pro tein and g lutenin macro po lyme r .Applicatio n of nitr ogen, sulfur o r both could raise the quality par amete rs mentioned above .Among the three trea tments , nitrog en andsulfur fer tilizer tog ethe r had the g reatest effect o n pro tein and g lutenin macropolyme r , tha t is to say , mo re sulfuror nitro gen fertilizer w as beneficial to increa sing pro tein, glutenin macro po lymer.
