摘要:
随着哈尔滨房地产业的迅猛发展, 居住区园林绿化环境已经直接关系到居住区的整体水平及质量, 房地产开发商致力于提高居住区园林绿化档次, 但在项目的规划设计、各种园林景观元素的运用、项目的施工以及后期的养护管理中出现了一些问题, 通过提高规划设计水平、加强对项目的监督管理、增强后期的养护管理力度等措施, 使小区园林绿化与建筑和谐统一保证景观元素的合理分布, 使小区的园林绿化景观功能和实用功能充分满足广大居民舒适生活的需求。
Abstract:
Along w ith the swif t and violent dev elo pment o f real estate in Ha rbin , the landscape env ir onme nt has directinfluence in the ov erall standar d o f liv ing and quality .Real estate deve loper s dedica te to raise residentia l ar eaLandscaping gr ades , but there present itself some issue in pro ject planning and desig n, on the applicatio n o f variouselements of the landscape use , in the co nst ruc tion as w ell as upper maintenance management .By r aising theleve l of planning and desig n, streng thening the superv isio n and manag ement of the pro ject , enhancing the conse rvation and management o f such measures to district landscaping and ar chitectur al ha rmony and unity to ensure thera tional dist ribution o f landscape elements, so the landscape features and practical functions fully satisfied the residentsthe need o f comfor table life .
