- 为了做好寒地稻区稻瘟病的防治工作, 挑选适合防治稻瘟病的药剂;选用40 %富士一号乳油、25 %使百克乳油、三碘水剂、4%春雷霉素可湿性粉剂、50 %杀菌成可溶性粉剂、水稻瘟毒净六种药剂, 采用室内稻瘟病菌生长抑制法和田间防效相结合进行了药剂筛选。结果表明:40%富士一号乳油1 000 倍、800 倍, 25 %使百克乳油1 200倍、800 倍, 50%杀菌成可溶性粉剂1 200 倍、600 倍, 水稻瘟毒净1 500 倍的抑制率均达到100% , 对稻瘟病菌均有很强的抑制作用。田间药效试验, 40%富士一号乳油防效为56.1 %~ 70 .4%, 25%使百克乳油防效为38 .7 %~ 48 .1 %;因此40%富士一号乳油和25%使百克乳油是防治稻瘟病可供选择的良好药剂, 可在生产上应用。
- Abstract:
- Select sever al commo n fung icides to rice blast in o rder to co nt rol o f rice blast in co ld region .The sixcommon fung icides of 40 % iso pro thiolane EC , 25 % prochlo raz EC , alg inic acid.AS , 4% kasug amycin WP, 50%chlo robromoisocy anuric acid TM and 3 % jingg angmy cin wer e selected to test agaist Py ricularia g risea and theirefficiency w as compar ed by fie ld tria l.The results showed :40 % isopro thiolane EC w ith the fungicide s times of 1000 and 800 , 25 % prochlo raz EC w ith 1 200 and 800, 50 % chloro bromoisocyanuric acid TM w ith 1 200 and 600 ,3% jing gangmy cin with 1 500 had 100 % inhibiting rates and they inhibited better effect to rice blast .The effect of40 % isopro thiolane EC and 25 % pro chlor az EC wer e the 56.1%~ 70.4% and 38 .7%~ 48 .1 % in the field testing.They w ere the effective pe sticides ag ainst rice blast and could be applied in the field.
