一株石油降解菌的筛选、分离纯化及降解性能分析

- 从胜利油田污染土壤中分离纯化得到石油降解菌, 并对其部分性状及生理生化特性进行了实验研究。经鉴定该菌株属于假单胞菌属, 能够以石油作为唯一碳源生长。通过光谱扫描200 ~ 600 nm 范围内石油的吸光度确定在211 nm 处石油有较高吸收峰。通过测量不同时间段菌的悬浮液在600 nm 和211 nm 处的吸光度, 结果表明随着菌的生长211 nm 处的吸收峰显著下降。这表明该菌能以石油为碳源且降解能力较强。
- Abstract:
- A strain o f oil deg rading w as separa ted and purified from the polluted soil o f Shengli Oil Field.Its sometraits and phy siological bio chemistr y characteristic we re studied .The strain w as pseudomonas sp.It co uld g row nby the only pe troleum .With SP -756P spect rophotome te r scanned in 200 ~ 600 nm sco pe , thro ug h the spec trumde te rminatio n of the petro leum ex tinctio n.The petro leum absor ption peak w as at 211 nm place .Thro ug h measuredthe e xtinctio n o f suspe nding liquid of fungus in 600 nm and 211 nm at the different time , the result show ed tha tthe abso rption peak o f 211 nm remarkable dro pped alo ng w ith the g row th o f the st rain .This indicated that thisstrain could take pe troleum a s carbon source and the deg radatio n capability w as strong
