穗期干旱胁迫对玉米单交种产量影响的研究

- 2004 ~ 2005 年在黑龙江省农科院嫩江农科所抗旱大棚内, 选用6 个玉米单交种作为试材, 在穗期设置正常供水、轻度干早胁迫和中度干早胁迫3 个水分处理, 研究不同水分处理条件下, 不同玉米品种穗部生长发育的变化与产量的关系。试验结果表明:穗粗、行粒数、轴粗、百粒重、出籽率和轴重等6 个指标与产量的相关性达到了显著或极显著水平, 但不同供水条件下, 穗部性状差异的显著性因品种而不同。
- Abstract:
- The ex periment was conducted under the dro ug h-resistance plastic cano py in Nenjiang Agricultur al Institute of Heilo ng jiang Academy o f Ag ricultur al Scie nces during 2004 to 2005. Six maize hybrid seeds that had g reat response to w ater we re resea rched under no rmal wa te r supply condition , mild drought str ess and mo der ate dr ought stre ss during ear period. The aim w as to select out the rela tionship of the chang e o f ear character and yield. The results show ed ear w ide th, co re wideth , cor e weight , row g rain number , hundred g rain weight and core w eig ht and g rain percent w ere r eached prominent standar d fo r dif fe rent g radients. But under the dif fe rent w ater supply conditions the prominent of difference was different because of the varieties.
