摘要:
退耕还林还草工程要与贫困地区的脱贫与持续发展相结合, 以宁夏酸刺村为例, 在退耕还林的背景下实施科技扶贫, 以优化地区发展条件和提高地区自我发展能力为切入点开展工作, 充分体现生产发展、生活提高、生态改善的“三生共赢” 的原则, 在短短的5 年内使全村初步实现了发展模式的转变。
Abstract:
Project of returning land fo r fa rming to fo restry should be combined with throwing off the po ver ty and the sustainable development o f the district. Took Suanci village a s e xample , they implemented technolog y to suppor t the pove rty unde r the backg round of r eturning land fo r farming to fo re st , optimized the developme nt conditio n a nd impro ved the self-develop ability , fully embodied the principles of "The pr oductio n dev elo pment , the life enhancement and eco lo gy impr ovement", then they primarily realized the tr ansfo rmatio n o f the development mo de in 5 year s.
