- 在实践育种的基础上, 选用直链淀粉含量具有显著差异的水稻品种, 配置2 种类型的杂交组合 (组合1 :低AC ×高AC 、组合2:低AC×中AC), 构成2 套分析材料(每套包括双亲、F2 、F3 代), 考察直链淀粉含量及其抽穗期。试验结果表明:两个组合类型的F2 、F3 代的低直链淀粉含量单株的抽穗日期都是在每个组合的抽穗早期, 因此这是选择低直链淀粉含量单株的重点时期。
- Abstract:
- The ex periment w as ba sed on breeding practice. The different amy lo se content rice w ere selected in the ex periment. Two cr oss combinatio ns (combinatio n1-low AC × high AC , combination2- low AC × middle AC) wer e co nfigured , including parents , F2 ge nera tion and F3 g ener atio n. In or der to o ffer theor y of low amylose breeding in Heilongjiang , the amy lose content and tassel pe riod wer e studied. The results showed :Tassel date of low amy lose co ntent plant in 2 combinatio ns w as in ear ly tassel pe rod , so it wa s impo rtant time to select the plant.
