导入热带玉米种质选育自交系杂种优势的研究

- 试验选用导入热带玉米种质选育的8 份自交系, 每份自交系选定2 个测验种, 对比法设计。结果表明:甸骨11A 导入Suwan1 、5-56 选系, a1 ×红玉米、a2 ×红玉米产量对照优势18 .9 %、9 .4 %;a1 ×早大黄、a2 ×早大黄产量对照优势均为负值。红玉米导入Suw an1 、EV T5 选系, b1 ×甸骨11A , b2 ×甸骨11A 产量对照优势14 .0 %、9 .4 %;b1 ×C500 、b2 ×C500 产量对照优势4 .8 %、12 .5 %。长3 导入Suw an1 、墨黄9 选系, c1 ×海014 、c2 ×海014 产量对照优势15 .8 %、9 .4 %;c1 ×龙抗11 、c2 ×龙抗11 对照优势-4 .0 %、6 .6 %。Mo17 导入Suw an1 、5-50 选系, d1 ×B73 、d2 ×B73 对照优势2 .0 %、-4 .6 %;d1 ×444 、d2 ×444 对照优势3 .8 %、12 .2 %。

- 8 self-breds f rom t ropical and subt ro pical corns int roduced fo r the varie ty developmentwere selected , and 2 test varie ties w ere selected fo r each self-bred .The experiment w as designedfo r cont ras .The result s show ed :Af te r the int roductio n of Suw anl and 5-56 st rain , the y ield ofDiang u11A(a1 × red co rn and a2 ×red corn)w ere 18 .9 % and 9 .4 % higher than cont rol respectively.The compari son hete ro sis in yield for a1 ×Zaodahuang and a2 ×Zaodahuang w ere bo thnegat ive values .Af ter the int roductio n o f Suw anl , EV T5 st rain to red co rn , b1 ×Diang u11A andb2 ×Diang u11A had the compari son heterosi s of 14 .0 % and 9 .4 %respect ively .b1 ×C500 and b2×C500 had the compariso n hetero si s of 4 .8 % and 12 .5 %, respect ively .Af te r the int roductio n ofSuw an1 , Mohuang 9 strain to Chang3 , c1 ×Hai014 and c2 ×Hai014 had the compari son heterosi sof 15 .8 % and 9 .4 %, respectively .c1 ×Lo ng kang11 and c2 ×Long kang11 had the heterosis of-4 .0 % and 6 .6 %, respect ively .Af te r the int roduction of Suw an1 , 5-50 st rain to Mo17 , d1 ×B73 and d2 ×B73 had the compari son hetero sis of 2 .0 % and -4 .6 %;d1 ×444 and d2 ×444 hadthe comparison hete ro sis of 3 .8 % and 12 .2 %, respectively .
