苦参碱在大豆种子包衣剂中应用效果试验初报

- 通过田间试验, 不同含量苦参碱大豆微粉种衣剂对大豆的病虫害有较好的效果, 含0. 5 %~1. 0 %苦参碱的微粉种衣剂的效果与目前应用的30 %克多福悬浮剂型大豆种衣剂效果相当, 根腐病防治效果在58 %左右, 2. 5 %苦参碱微粉种衣剂的效果为64 %;0. 5 %~ 2. 5 %苦参碱微粉种衣剂防治潜叶蝇的效果在73. 1 %~ 95 %, 蛴螬的防治效果在71. 4 %~ 100 %, 包囊线虫的防治效果在94. 9 %~ 98. 6 %, 优于悬浮剂30 %克多福大豆种衣剂。
- Abstract:
- The resul ts of f ield t rail indicated that mat rine soybean seed coating agent had g oodcont rol ef fect to the soybean pest and diseases . The effect of 0. 5 %~ 1 %mat rine FD seed dressingagent to soy bean root ro t w as about 58 %, almo st the same as the ef fect o f 30 % carbofurancarbendazim thi ram WS , and the ef fect of 2. 5 %mat rine w as 64 %. The study show ed that 0. 5 %~ 2. 5 %mat rine seed coating agent provide bet ter cont rol to soy bean ro ot miner , g rub and soybeancyst nematide compare to the 30 % carbofuran carbendazim thiram WS , the ef fect w as73. 1 %~ 95 %, 71. 4 %~ 100 % and 94. 9 %~ 98. 6 % respectively.
