- 将番茄干种子搭载于科学返地卫星上, 种子随空间飞行, 接受空间条件处理, 返回陆地后, 进行田间培育及突变体筛选, 于SP2 代得到植物表型性状与生物学性状的明显变异, SP3 ~ SP4 代稳定遗传, 育成多果、丰产、质佳、抗病、耐贮运新品种宇番2 号。
- Abstract:
- Air - dried seeds of tomato we re carried by recove rable satel li te(RS) for space mutation.When satellite come back ,w e begin mutation screens. Separation of phenotypic t rai t and biological characteri stics appeared in the SP2 generation , and beg in stabilize heredity in the SP3 -SP4 . And w e breed new tomato line "YuFan 2"w hich represent mo re f ruit , high yield , g ood quli ty ,bear store and t ranspor tatio n by RS.
