- 试验研究了烯效唑浸种对谷子幼苗生长及其生理指标的影响。结果表明:用1 ~ 20 mg /L 烯效唑溶液处理后, 谷子幼苗苗高明显受到抑制;地上、地下部分干物质积累增加;根冠比、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量增加, 同时POD 和SOD 活性提高, MDA 含量和外渗电导率下降。说明烯效唑浸种有助于谷子壮苗和增强抗逆性, 5 mg /L 烯效唑浸种效果最明显。
- Abstract:
- The ef fect s of seed so aked in uniconazole solution on the g row th and some phy siologicalindex es o f Millet seed we re studied. The re sul ts w ere as follow s :af ter seeds w ere soaked in uniconazolesolutio n of dif ferent co ncent rations(1 ~ 20mg /L), the sho ot heigh t of seedling w as restrained distinct ly , shoo t dry weigh t and ro ot dry w eig ht o f millet seedling , the root - shoot rat io, chlo rophy ll co ntent , soluble sug ars content , so luble proteins content , SOD and POD activit ie sof millet seedling we re all increased , MDA co ntent and elect ric conductivity w ere decreased. Itfo llow ed that unico nazo le is benef icial to g row stro ng seedling s and increase stress - resistance.The optimum concentrat ion of seeds soaked in uniconazole solutio n w as 5mg /L.
