摘要:
茹河流域以提高生态效益、经济效益和社会经济持续发展为目标, 以基本农田优化结构和高效利用及植被建设为重点, 加大水土保持生态建设力度, 调整不合理的土地利用结构和农业产业结构, 改广种薄收为少种多收, 提高土地生产率, 努力发展自给性生产和商品生产, 大力发展经济作物以增加群众的经济收入, 提高农民生活水平;防护性治理与开发性治理相结合, 综合开发、利用、保护水土资源和植物资源, 逐步实现生态环境良性循环。
Abstract:
Based on the eco logical and eco nomic benefit and sustainable dev elo pnent of social economyin Ruhe valley ;i t is the key point that combining the optimized ag ricul tural structure wi thef ficient l utitization of w ater and vegeta tion co nst ructio nl.It is nessesory to Increas ecologicalconst ruction of soi l and w ater co nse rv ation and , regulat i rratio nal use of soil st ructure ;incrtasesoil ef ficiency ;t ry our best to develop self -suppo rt , commodi ty pro duct ion and economic cropfo r increasing farmers’income .We sho uld link defendable renovates into using renovates to develop explore and pro tect soi l and w ate r resource and plant reso urce in order to realize bet te r circle ofecological environment gradually.
