- 大多数难栽培食用菌都与植物有共生或寄生关系, 人工栽培出菇问题一直无法解决。原生质体融合技术是近几年来迅速发展起来的细胞工程育种技术, 它去除了细胞壁的屏障, 实现了远缘杂交, 为难栽培食用菌育种提供了新方法。本文着重介绍了难栽培食用菌原生质体融合技术, 并概括了其发展前景。
- Abstract:
- A lo t of Edible fung i culturing di fficult ly interg row wi th plant , at present , i t is diff icultto find suitable culture medium. It i s impo ssible to g ain f ruiting - body of the edible fung i. Thetechnolog y of protoplast fusio n belongs to cell - eng ineering breeding , w hich is dev elo ped rapidlyin the recent years. It can get rid of the bar rier of the cell , achieve hy bridi zatio n of far family speciesand af ford a new method for breeding the edible fung i culturing dif ficult ly . The protoplast fusiontechnology of edible fungi culturing diff icult ly w as intro duced mainly , and the techno logy offuture development w as discussed.
