- 通过利用辐照加工技术来杀灭小包装大米的贮藏害虫的研究结果表明, 在采用尼龙- 聚乙烯复合塑料真空包装材料及适宜的辐照吸收剂量0. 4 ~ 0. 8kGy 范围内, 大米在常温条件下贮藏-年, 没有出现虫蛀现象。其主要营养成分及感观和食味变化不明显。并提出了大米辐照保鲜加工技术是一项值得推广的绿色食品保鲜加工技术。
- Abstract:
- The ef fect that utilizing i rradiation to kill the pests in rice packed in smaller packagew as studied. Rice packed in ny lon - poly thene plastic bag s , v acuumed , sealed and irradiated by6 0Co - g - rays of 0. 4 ~ 0. 8kGy could be sto red for 1 year at no rmal tempe rature and the re w ereno damag es by vermins , and the major nut ritio n component s , sense and sav or didn’t chang e apparently. The result indicated that irradiat ion prese rv ation technique and proce ssing technics w asan ideal inst rument for preserving g reen food.
