- 自2000 年以来, 黑龙江省农科院水稻研究所参加了国际水稻基因遗传评价网(INGER)的项目, 在高纬度(43°32′~ 53°34′N)粳稻区先后参加了国际水稻稻瘟病圃(IRBN)、粳稻品种观察试验圃(IRTON)和水稻抗冷试验圃(IRC TN)的协作研究, 共引入INGER 材料594 份, 其中IRBN 343份、IRTON 143 份、IRC TN 108 份。鉴定出高抗稻瘟病材料116 份, 丰产材料4 份, 综合抗冷性强材料11 份。为INGER 提供了寒地稻区的试验数据, 为育种者提供优质、抗病、抗冷的亲本材料,引入了新的有益基因, 进一步充实了寒地水稻种质库。
- Abstract:
- Heilongjiang Rice Research Insti tute (HljRRI)had taken part in INGER co llabo rationsince 2000. In japo nica rice ecolog y regio n at high lat itude (43°32′~ 53°34′N), 594 INGER ent riestheof IRBN , IRTON and IRC TN w ere ev aluated. The resul t show ed that there we re 116 entries wi th high resi stance to rice blast di sease , 4 w ith hig h yield po tential , and 11 o nes wi th highcold tolerance. Based on this investigat ion , INGER material s enrich rice germplasm fo r highy ield , tolerance and blast resistance in cold region in hig h latitute , suppo rting japonica rice breeding.
