- 以克新4 号、早大白脱毒试管苗为材料, 研究了光照和培养基类型对马铃薯微型薯诱导结薯的影响。结果表明:全黑暗条件是诱导马铃薯微型薯的关键所在, 但不同品种在微型薯诱导中对光处理的反应也存在差异。不同类型的培养基对微型薯的诱导效果差异显著, 但不同的品种诱导效果不同。
- Abstract:
- Virus f ree po tato seedling s from tubes :Kexin No .4 and Zaodabai were used as experimentalmaterials .The ef fect of illumination and medium type on potato micro -tuber inducement were studied.The experimental results show ed that it w as key condition for inducing potato micro -tuber in alldarkness , the different v arieties for light treatment reaction had differences in micro -tuber inducement.There were significant differences in dif ferent types of media for the ef fect of micro -tuber inducement, the different varieties had dif ferent ef fects in micro -tuber inducement .
