茄科异属砧木嫁接对茄子抗病性及品质的影响

- 本试验以番茄为砧木, 茄子为接穗, 对嫁接后茄子的植物学特性、品质、抗病性进行了初步的研究。试验结果表明:在生物学特性方面嫁接苗与自根苗相比, 嫁接苗长势明显增强, 在株高、株幅、果长、果径及单果重等方面均有一定的增加, 只是在果实颜色上比对照略微变浅, 但并不改变主体颜色;嫁接后植株的果实品质在干物质、蛋白质、Vc 、碳水化合物含量方面比自根苗的果实略有增加, 但差异不大;在抗病性方面嫁接苗比自根苗表现出明显的抗黄萎病特性。
- Abstract:
- The experiment used tomato as stock , egg plant as ingraf tment , to study the plant characters, quality and disease resistance of graf ted eggplant .The experiment result show ed :graf tedseedlings g row th w as obviously superior to spontaneous seedlings , mainly increased in plant height ,fruit leng th , f ruit diameter and so on .f ruit color w as lighter than cont ral , but didn’ t change the maincolor of the fruit Dry mat ter w eight , pro tein , Vc , carbohydrate were all increased than spontaneousseedling , but difference wasn’ t signif icant.Graf ted seedling had trait of the fruit obvious resistance toverticillium w ilt of egg plant .
