摘要:
实现农业产业化, 能够有效地解决小生产与大市场之间的矛盾, 带动农业结构战略性调整,提高科技对农业的贡献率和农业规模效益, 从而改变农民收入增长缓慢的问题。推进农业产业化发展, 要采取积极有效的措施, 政府管理部门应加强引导, 大力发展各种农民组织, 推进规模经营,发挥龙头企业的作用。要充分发挥国家政策的效能, 在全社会努力形成一种配套措施和发展机制,农业产业化就会得到较快的发展。
Abstract:
Realizing agricultural industrialization can solve effectively the cont radictions betw een small-scale production and big market , promote the st rategic adjustment of ag ricultural st ructure , raise thecont ributive capacity of science and technology of ag riculture and ag ricultural benefit s in scale , thusimproving the slow increase for farmers’ income .It’ s necessary to adopt vigorous and effect ive measuresto advance ag ricultural industrializat ion .The governmental department s should heighten theirmacro -guides, giving energetic suppo rt to various famer’ organizations , giving great impetus to largescale management in business and giving full play to enterprises’ leading role .Eff icacy of state policyshould be fully made , and ag ricultural indust rialization will be w ell developed if certain interrelatedmeasures and developmental sy stems are formed harmo niously in the w hole society .
