- 利用不同培养基从不同生态区取样分离苏云金杆菌,采用不同培养成分对不同苏云金杆菌菌株生长情况进行测试。结果表明:分离的B.tⅢ菌株产芽孢能力较强;培养成分变化影响到菌体数量;最适蛋白胨与蔗糖含量为1%;适量添加CaCO3(0.1%)有利于芽孢的形成。
- Abstract:
- Adopting different cultural medium isolated Bacillus thuri7z.giensis from different soils,and identified the growth ability of isolated strains. The result showed: B. tIll strain had the str-stronger ability of producing endospore. The changed medium could affect the growth of B. tIllstrain. The optimum content of peptone and sucrose was one percent, Adding zero point one per-cent CaC03 could be advantage to the formation of endospore .
