- 垩白米的产生, 严重影响了稻米的外观品质及蒸煮、食味品质。垩白米的有无和大小在一定程度上受遗传基因型控制, 但也受高温和光照强度及施肥等因素的影响。本文在综述了各种因素对垩白米形成的影响基础上, 总结了降低垩白米的农业措施。
- Abstract:
- Rice chalk grain affects badly the appearance , the cooking and the taste qualities of rice .Theincience and size of chalk grain are controlled , to some ex tent , by genotype .But environmental factors,such as high temperature , light intensity , fertilization and so on , also inf luence the fo rmation ofchalk g rain .The effects of different factors on chalk g rain and ag ronomic measures of reducing chalkg rain are sum up in this paper , in order to direct the production of good quality rice .
