- 膳食纤维对人体健康具有重要的生理功能和医疗作用, 已被很多实验证实, 世界各国均以膳食纤维作为“第七营养素”进行开发研究。本文主要对膳食纤维的定义、组成、物化特性、分离制备及生理功能进行论述, 以期能为从事膳食纤维研究的工作者提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Natural cellulose has important physiological function and medical use to the people’ s health .Thishas been examined by many experiments .Every country in the world is developing and researching natural celluloseacted as“Seventh Nutritional Element” .Definition , composition , separation and physical and chemicalproperties of natural cellulose are reviewed in this paper .
