- 尽管抗除草剂转基因大豆已经商品化, 但大豆的转化频率仍很低, 是公认的难转化作物。本文从再生系统和转化方法两个方面阐述大豆转化的主要障碍和最新研究进展。
- Abstract:
- Soybean is a generally acknowledged recalcitrant crop for transformtion although the transgenic soybean with herbicide resistance has been commercialized .The article will expond the major obstacles and the new research progress on soybean transformation by reviewing the regeneration systems and transformationmethods of soybean .
