- 不同氮素形态对蔗糖合成酶(SS)活性影响不同, 硝态氮促进SS 分解活性, 氨态氮则促进SS 合成活性。生育前期SS 分解活性大于SS 合成活性, 有利于器官的形态建成, 而在生育后期SS 合成活性大于SS 分解活性, 则有利于根中蔗糖的形成。生育前期根中的SS 分解活性较强, 说明根中有蔗糖合成后的再分解过程。
- Abstract:
- luence of nitrogen sources on the activi ty of sucrose synthetase(SS)is different .Nit rate nit rogen can improve the decomposition activity of SS (SS -D), but ammonium nit rogen can improve the synthetic activity of SS(SS -S).In prophase of sug ar beet life , it advantages morphogenesis of o rgan w hen SS -D > SS -S , and in postphase of sugar life , i t advantages formation of sucrose in sucrose beet root s , w hen SS -S >SS -D .In prophase of sug ar beet life , the activity of SS -D is higher than that of SS -S in sucrose beet roo ts , this indicates that there is redecomposition af ter sucrose synthesis .
